In Vanilla Morrowind, there are no Absorb Magicka spells (at least not any you can get). This mod makes a few Absorb Magicka spells that you can purchase. Then you can make your own and use it for enchanting.

In the base game of Morrowind, you can only get daedric pauldrons from Divayth Fyr. Tribunal and Bloodmoon each have a single Daedric pauldron, completing the full set. But for those who do not have the DLC, it is impossible to get them without killing Divayth (not counting console commands). This mod places a pair of pauldrons in the base game.

I looked over the racial attribute bonuses for vanilla Morrowind. They don't seem very balanced- a lot of these races have 2 attribute penalties and only 1 bonus. So I decided to balance that. Every race (excluding Imperials and Khajiits) have 2 racial attribute penalties and 2 bonuses.

Improves the birthsigns. Briefly; makes the Warrior and Thief sign work like their Oblivion counterparts. Also improves the other less useful signs like the Serpent and Ritual. Also adds two new birthsigns.

Not a fan of fast travel? Want to get to new places quickly? Well, this mod gives you special enchanted boots that lets you get to places quickly. The Boots of Shocking Speed are indeed shocking, as they make you extremely quick, with the minor side effect of having your health slowly drain from shock damage.
