Load order and activation manager for MW5 Mercenaries.Now with:- Drag and Drop mod folders and mod .zip/.rar files.- Load and Save Presets.- Checking for mods overriding other mods.

Changes cycle times for all laser and PPC weapons to those of MW4-Mercs+ mektek as well as adding Capacitor PPC and linked Capacitor PPC. Damage and Heat per shot modulated to keep DPS and Heat per second values the same as in original content. Overrides weapons added in Yet Another Weapon mod by cszolee79
