Adds a hunting bow of striking with a learnable Elemental enchantment that does shock, fire, and cold damage which counts as 1 enchantment when enchanting an item. The bow is located on the route used to escape Helgen, just after the last of the Imperial Soldiers but before the spiders. Follow the creek up the side passage.

Hungary annexes Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Transylvania and is able to reform Austria-Hungary.

Changes thulium deposit color on main map from dull blue green to bright blue.
