Adds two shouts to the game called Derange (basically Dismay, but with frenzy) and Shock Breath (which, quite obviously, is the electric counterpart to Fire and Frost Breath)

It does what it says, it removes shouting from the Draugr entirely.

Makes it so Fus Ro (Unrelenting Force lvl2) topples NPCs instead of just staggering them like with Fus, but doesn't send them flying like with Fus Ro Dah.
