Essentially this is designed to be the ultimate immersive home base 90% load free. The main building has no loading - it's in Skyrim's main world and everything you do is integrated into the main world there... except the mine and the cellar. This adds a decent amount of content and breaks nothing 100% guaranteed.

*Should fit vanilla dnd most pop. skeletons. Custom mesh variant of more Sandal than vanilla and less than some other builds. Scaling works fine. Looks better in my opinion. Regular leather and dark included. Made at tanning racks.

Custom weapons/meshes for a bone/dagger arrangement

Combined Glass and Ebony weapons with glass stats - nothing overpowered. The textures give a true stunning see through appearance without any green tint. Shadows and light give great detail.
