This mod is a medium sized player house with enough space for more than 10 companions. It's located near Dawnstar and uses a few custom vanilla based meshes so you don't need any textures.

This house is located in open world which is awesome change for me. [Upload screenshots :) The best screenshot will get featured] It features openable/closable windows, a watch tower, basement in mountains (With crafting stations and additional storage) and awesome scenic view.
