Simplifies C.A.S.T. synth loot down to only White/White New. Drops all naming prefixes so you'll simply loot one kind of "Institute [Weapon]" or "Synth [Armor]"

This increases the visual (and now actual) size of the Super Sledge and Sledgehammer by 50%, which makes it look more reasonable in power armor, without being comical outside power armor. Ripper is also available as an option.
