Allows you to repair Leather Armor with hides, leather belts, and baseballs. Different files allow different types of items. The strictest settings only allow tanned hides, and the most generous allows anything leather-y.

Vanilla New Vegas allows you to use leather armor to repair variants like the Gecko backed variants but does not allow you to repair them with each other or to repair leather armor. This is meant to remedy that. Now you can use Lightweight Leather armor to repair Gecko backed Leather Armor, and repair Leather Armor with both of em.

This is an edit to the JIPSFConfigScript that attempts to get rid of the tutorial message at the start of every play-through.

A bit redundant with the knvse patch on Another Millenia but if you prefer hit's 9mm redux you can pick choose which pistols have it.

As of Version 2.1, Misc Gameplay merge removed Player home and Safehouse tweaks, so this is not longer necessary. If you use earlier versions, it will do what it is supposed to. I guess if you use player safehouse and tweaks it will also work.

This is meant to fix a few problems I had with the original mod.
