I used a ReShade together with some flora, tree and mountain overhaul. 
Also added "Obsidian Weathers" and some gameplay changes (quality of life upgrades imo - i hate limited inventory more and more with the years :D).

Also i wanna take some more screenshots, so you get a better look at what i changed.
